PT. AUK New Material

In addition to durability and sustainability, the aesthetic appeal of concrete structures is equally important. PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener offers advantages beyond strength and environmental benefits by enhancing the visual aspects of concrete surfaces. In this article, we will explore how PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener contributes to the aesthetic appeal of architectural and decorative concrete.

1. Color Enhancement
Concrete hardeners from PT. AUK New Material are available in various formulations that can enhance the color and appearance of concrete surfaces. By selecting the appropriate hardener, architects and designers can achieve vibrant and consistent colors, adding visual interest to floors, pavements, and other concrete applications. This allows for greater design flexibility and the ability to create visually striking architectural elements.
2. Gloss and Sheen
For projects that require a glossy or polished finish, PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener can help achieve the desired effect. The hardener forms a protective layer that enhances the natural luster of concrete, providing a smooth and reflective surface. This feature is particularly beneficial for decorative concrete, where aesthetics play a crucial role in creating visually appealing spaces.
3. Stain and Wear Resistance
Concrete surfaces treated with PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener exhibit improved stain resistance and wear durability. The protective layer formed by the hardener helps repel stains, making maintenance and cleaning easier. Additionally, the enhanced wear resistance ensures that the concrete surface retains its aesthetic appeal even in high-traffic areas, such as commercial spaces or public walkways.

With PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener, the functional and structural benefits of concrete are complemented by enhanced aesthetics, providing architects, designers, and construction professionals with a comprehensive solution for their projects.

As the construction industry continues to embrace sustainability, finding environmentally friendly solutions is paramount. PT. AUK New Material understands this need and offers an eco-friendly concrete hardener that aligns with green building practices. In this article, we will explore the sustainable aspects of PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener and its contributions to a greener future.

1. Low VOC Emissions
AUK New Material’s concrete hardener is formulated with low volatile organic compounds (VOCs). VOCs are harmful chemicals that can negatively impact indoor air quality and human health. By using a low VOC concrete hardener, construction projects can significantly reduce their environmental footprint while ensuring a healthier indoor environment for occupants.
2. Reduced Material Consumption
The application of PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener allows for a reduction in material consumption. By enhancing the durability and strength of concrete, structures can be designed with lighter sections and reduced thickness, resulting in less material usage. This not only conserves natural resources but also reduces the overall weight of the construction, leading to energy savings during transportation and installation.
3. Longevity and Maintenance Savings
By using PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener, structures benefit from increased durability and reduced maintenance requirements. The enhanced strength and resistance to abrasion and weathering ensure that the concrete maintains its integrity for an extended period. This longevity reduces the need for frequent repairs and replacements, resulting in significant cost savings and a reduced impact on the environment.

Concrete is a widely used construction material known for its durability and strength. However, to further enhance these properties, PT. AUK New Material offers a range of concrete hardeners that provide exceptional results. In this article, we will explore the benefits of PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener and how it contributes to the longevity and performance of concrete structures.

1. Increased Durability
One of the primary advantages of PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener is its ability to significantly increase the durability of concrete. The hardener penetrates deep into the concrete surface, forming a chemical reaction that strengthens the structure from within. This enhanced durability ensures that the concrete can withstand heavy loads, abrasion, and weathering, resulting in longer-lasting and more resilient structures.
2. Improved Strength
By using PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener, the compressive strength of concrete can be greatly improved. The hardening process promotes the formation of additional calcium silicate hydrates, which contribute to the overall strength and stability of the concrete. This increased strength is particularly beneficial in high-stress areas such as industrial floors, bridges, and parking structures, where structural integrity is crucial.
3. Dust Reduction and Surface Hardness
Concrete surfaces treated with PT. AUK New Material’s concrete hardener exhibit improved hardness and reduced dusting. The hardener forms a protective layer on the surface, minimizing the release of dust particles and preventing surface deterioration. This not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the concrete but also enhances the overall cleanliness and safety of the environment.
