AUK-H Polycarboxylates Retarding Agent

AUK-T type polycarboxylates retarding agent is a new product which can obviously reduce the slump loss, it can be used altogether with polycarboxylates water reducing agent, and it is widely applicable pumping concrete, high performance concrete and commercial concrete.

Product performance:
  1. The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~2.0%, water reducing rate is ≥20%.
  2. This product has a good value of retarding; the slump loss can achieve more 80% after one hour, which can efficiently solve the problem of quick slump loss.
  3. It is adapt to silicate cement, slag cement, fly ash cement, and volcano ash cement, and other concrete materials.
  4. This product can be dissolved in water, and also can be directly put into concrete blending machine.
  5. Environmental-friendly product, the raw material is non-toxic and harmless, and no three wastes produced in the production process.
  6. This product conforms to A.S.T.M C494-81, GB 8076-2008.
Instructions for utilisation:
  1. Suitable for configuring the high early strength concrete, coagulation concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, high-fluidity concrete, self compacting concrete, mass concrete, high performance concrete and as-cast finish concrete.
  2. Can be widely used in high mountain railway, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower engineering project, subway, bridge, highway, the dock of the bay, etc.
  3. Applicable to all types of civil engineering and commercial concrete mixing plant.
Packaging and storage:
  1. This liquid product is packed in barrel or in bulk, 250KG/barrel or 1000KG/barrel.
  2. The product should be stored in a place more than 0°Ç, preventing the infiltration of other admixtures, rainwater etc pollutants when stored, and avoiding violent sun.
  3. Can be stored for 12 months under sealed conditions and use before testing if it expires.

AUK-F Polycarboxylates High Performance Water-reducing Admixture

AUK-F type polycarboxylates high performance water-reducing admixture is non air entraining polymer with modified polyether as main raw material which has a wide range of cement adaptability and excellent slump-loss retarding, and is applied for the concrete which needs pumping and requires high water reducing.

Product performance:
  1. The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~2.0%, water reducing rate is ≥25%.
  2. Adding this product in concrete can make the concrete look good, bright with united appearance, can reduce bubble on the surface of concrete, and increase the initial concrete slump more than 10cm.
  3. Low slump loss can meet the requirements for long distance transportation of concrete.
  4. The workability, water retention, cohesiveness are greatly improved, no lamination and segregation.
  5. In the early stage there is a retarding effect which can reduce the initial hydration exothermic rate, and is advantageous in the pouring mass concrete.
  6. There is an obvious improvement of the anti fracture, tensile and anti permeability performances of the concrete.
  7. This product conforms to A.S.T.M C494-81, GB 8076-2008.
Instructions for utilisation:
  1. Do conduct trails in the laboratory according to the above instructions when firstly using this product or changing the cement so as to obtain the best technical results and economic benefits.
  2. Can be applied for concrete construction under the environment of 5°C~40°C.
  3. Please observe the national regulations of “Code for utility technical of concrete admixture”.
  4. Experiments must be carried out when mixed using with other admixtures.
