AUK-02 Liquid Accelerating Agent (No alkali)

AUK-02 liquid accelerating agent is a new generation of green environmental protection and high efficiency and multi function accelerating agent. AUK-01 Liquid Accelerator (Low alkali)

The liquid accelerator is a new generation of high efficiency multifunctional accelerator of the scientific synthesis with inorganic salt and organic polymer materials. Suitable for injection concrete construction, underwater concrete and plugging and emergency rescue engineering, etc. Injection method has the advantages of making concrete mixing evenly, and water cement ratio can be accurately controlled, small concrete rebound, good uniformity of concrete and high strength.

Product performance:
  1. The dosage is 3%~ 10% of the amount of cement.
  2. The solid content of this product no less than 35%.
  3. Setting time is short, the initial setting time is less than 5 minutes, and the final setting time is less than 10 minutes.
  4. Good adhesion and thick of one time spraying layer.
  5. Low rebound and generally from 10% to 15%.
  6. Small dust of the working face.
  7. The strength is more than 90% without mixing within 28 days.
  8. This product conforms to JC477-2005 Shotcrete liquid accelerator standers.
Instructions for utilisation:

Firstly, stir 400g cement and calculated water addition (160ml water minus the amount of water in the accelerating agent) until it is smooth, and then according to the recommended mixing amount to add liquid accelerating agent, stirring rapidly for 25~30s, and install the round mould immediately, several artificial vibrations, pare off the residual cement and smooth the surface with a clean knife. The operation time should not exceed 50s counted from the time of adding liquid accelerating agent. Keep the test mode filled with cement paste under the cement standard consistency and the setting time measuring instrument, so that the pointer tip contacts the cement paste surface. Quickly relax the fixed screw on the rob of the measuring instrument, the needle freely inserts into the cement paste, observing the needle reading, measuring every other 10s until the final setting.

  2. This product should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions and sealed storage above 0&C.

AUK-P Bulking Agent

It refers to the admixtures that are produced by chemical reactions in mortar and concrete. It is frequently used in construction of the post-grouting belts of the engineering, or other engineering parts that require the shrinkage compensating and reduction of cracking. The causes of cracks in reinforced concrete are complex, for the materials, dry shrinkage and shrinkage of concrete are the main reasons. Therefore, it is an ideal way to add the swelling agent in concrete which can achieve to compensate for its shrinkage. When adding the swelling agent into the ordinary concrete, mix water to generate a large number of expansion crystal hydrates-Calcium sulfoaluminate hydrates (that is ettringite),which makes the concrete produce moderate expansion, a 0.2~0.7Mpa compressive pre-stress is established in the structure under the restraint of steel bar and adjacent ,this compressive pre-stress can roughly offset shrinkage tensile stress of the concrete in the hardening process, meanwhile, postpone the generating process of contraction. When the concrete begins to shrink, its tensile resistance is sufficient to resist the shrinkage stress, thereby preventing or reducing the shrinkage cracking of concrete at later stage; and the procreant ettringite makes concrete more dense, thus the anti crack performance of concrete structure is greatly improved.

Product performance:
  1. Recommend dosage: 6%~10%.
  2. The expansion rate is greater than the expansion rate of UEA (commercially available) mixing amount is 12%.
  3. Low alkali content: the content of（K2O+Na2O）is 0.3~0.4%, far below 1.7~2.2% of the U type bulking agent, which has a great significance.

Instructions:

For the high requirements of anti permeability and anti cracking of concrete can increase the mixing amount. AUK-F01 Sulfate Resistance Water Reducing Agent

This product is a new developed concrete preservative strictly in accordance with the standards. Adding this product in the concrete can prevent corrosion of steel bar and can improve the ability of sulfate resistance of concrete from 2,500mg to 15,000mg, which can meet the requirements of advanced sulfate resistant cement, the rust prevention ability of chloride salts increased by 1.5 to 3 times. Using this product in sulphate-resistant cement can significantly reduce costs.

Product performance:
  1. The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~3.0%, and water reducing rate is≥25%.
  2. Appearance: Grey powder non-toxic and non olfactory and PH value is neutral. There is a good adaptation with other admixtures in concrete.

AUK-FS Polycarboxylic Acid Waterproofing Agent

AUK-SH Retarder

AUK-SH reatrder is additive which can prolong the setting time of concrete. It can be used for adjusting the setting time of fresh mixed concrete, and enables the concrete maintain its placstic property for a relatively lone time according to related reuquirements.

Product Performance
  1. Mixing amount of the product shall account for 0.1%~1.0% of the cement content.
  2. Chloridion is not the component of this product whose density is (20°C)1.05~1.20 g/ml.
