AUK-UF Prestress Pipeline Grouting Agent

This product is compounded from expansion component, high performance water reducing agent, reducing component and various auxiliary components, has the functions of water reducing, plasticization, expansion and self compacting. The fluidity of cement paste mixed with the product is good and has the effects of high water reducing, enhancement, plasticity retention and no bleeding. The fluidity and filling properties of grouting material are greatly improved under the low water-binder ratio. Suitable for the grouting of railway, bridge, nuclear power plant and other various prestress pipelines of prestress reinforced concrete of large engineering, the product quality in line with JTG/TF50-2011.

Product performance:

1. The recommend dosage is 8%-20%, Water reducing rate: 15%－25%.
2. Appearance: Reddish or white powdery object.
3. 24 hours free bleeding rate is 0, the capillary bleeding rate of 3 hours is less than 0.1% and the pressure bleeding rate is less than 3%.
4. The final setting time is less than 24 hours.
5. The free shrinkage rate of 24 hours is less than 1.5% and the free expansion rate of paste of 28 days under standard curing conditions is 0%~0.5%.
6. The consistency of cement paste can be controlled within 10~17S with an appropriate mixing amount.

Instructions:

1. In general, the mixing amount should be determined based on the experiment according to the design requirements, cement performance and construction conditions.
2. Using method: This product is suitable for joining the mixing machine with cement together, after uniform mixing and adding the specified amount of water to stir until the paste is uniform can make the treatment of pressure grouting.
   1). Retention time of the paste fluidity is generally in the range of 30 ~ 40min according to the temperature. For the paste whose grouting time is too long and leads to the fluidity decreases cannot add water to increase its fluidity. Therefore, a paste mixing amount should be determined according to the construction speed and temperature.
   2). Before grouting please clean the pores and check whether the grouting hole and vent holes are smooth.
3. Cannot be dissolved into liquid for using.
4. When combined using with other varieties of admixtures, please pay attention to its compatibility and test before the use.
5. This product is a kind of non-toxic and non combustible material. Please rinse with water if contact with the skin in the process of using.

Packaging and storage:

1. This product is packaged with plastic bags inside and woven bags outside, the net weight of each bag is 25kg or 50kg, customers can contact the company for special requirements of the package.
2. It should be stored in the conditions of moisture proof, shading and ventilation; the original packaging quality guarantee period is one year under these conditions.
