AUK-H Polycarboxylates Retarding Agent
AUK-T type polycarboxylates retarding agent is a new product which can obviously reduce the slump loss, it can be used altogether with polycarboxylates water reducing agent, and it is widely applicable pumping concrete, high performance concrete and commercial concrete.
Product performance:
- The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~2.0%, water reducing rate is ≥20%.
- This product has a good value of retarding; the slump loss can achieve more 80% after one hour, which can efficiently solve the problem of quick slump loss.
- It is adapt to silicate cement, slag cement, fly ash cement, and volcano ash cement, and other concrete materials.
- This product can be dissolved in water, and also can be directly put into concrete blending machine.
- Environmental-friendly product, the raw material is non-toxic and harmless, and no three wastes produced in the production process.
- This product conforms to A.S.T.M C494-81, GB 8076-2008.
Instructions for utilisation:
- Suitable for configuring the high early strength concrete, coagulation concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, high-fluidity concrete, self compacting concrete, mass concrete, high performance concrete and as-cast finish concrete.
- Can be widely used in high mountain railway, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower engineering project, subway, bridge, highway, the dock of the bay, etc.
- Applicable to all types of civil engineering and commercial concrete mixing plant.
Packaging and storage:
- This liquid product is packed in barrel or in bulk, 250KG/barrel or 1000KG/barrel.
- The product should be stored in a place more than 0°Ç, preventing the infiltration of other admixtures, rainwater etc pollutants when stored, and avoiding violent sun.
- Can be stored for 12 months under sealed conditions and use before testing if it expires.
