AUK-500 Retarding and High Performance Water Reducing Agent (powder/ liquid)
The main ingredients of AUK-500 retarding and high efficiency water reducing agent are: ß－naphthalene sulfonated formaldehyde condensates, retarding, air entraining, and with plastic retaining components. It has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, good fluidity, early strength, large enhancement effect, and accompanied by low air-entraining function, low hydration heat temperature peak, low dosage and adjustable retarding time, suitable for cast-in-situ and ready mixed concrete.AUK-500 has good adaptability to cement, no additional chlorine salt and sulphate, there is no corrosion action on reinforcing steel bar and can be widely used in building, highway, harbor, water conservancy and electric power projects.
Product performance:
- The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~2.5%, water reducing rate for powder is ≥12% and for liquid is ≥ 8%.
- Fluidity: Under the conditions of same proportion and not reducing water, AUK-500 can greatly increase the slump of concrete mixture. Low slump loss in construction, the slump loss problem can be solved well after long distance transportation and pumping construction concrete mixture.
- Early strength and enhancement: Under the conditions of same mix proportion and same slump, the strength can be increased 30%-50% within 3-7 days; it also can be improved more than 15% within 28 days. Under the same strength condition can save the amount of cement about 10%.
- This product conforms to A.S.T.M C494-81, GB 8076-2008.
Instructions for utilisation:
- When using AUK-500, Can follow those mixing methods according to specific situations, but no matter what kind of methods, it requires fully mixing.
- Firstly mix the powder with cementing material and then mix it with aggregate and water.
- The powder is dissolved into the solution of a given concentration, and then adds together with the mixing water.
- The water reducing agent should be added after the mixing water 0.5-1.0 minutes in the mixing process.
- This product is alkaline, please do not mix use with the admixtures which is acidic.
- Please use this product according to the construction conditions (construction season, engineering materials, filling method, etc.), reference this instruction to make necessary concrete mix ratio test to obtain the best results.
Packaging and storage:
- AUK-500 powder using internal package with plastic bags and external package with woven bags, net weight of each bag is 25kg or 50kg.
- AUK-500 liquid using the package with the barrel of 250kg or 1,000kg, customers can contact the company for special requirements of the packaging.
- The powder should be stored in moisture, proof shading and ventilation conditions, can put into water and use again if got damp.
- The period of validity is one year and use before testing if it expires.
