AUK-03 Powder Accelerating Agent
The powder accelerator is composed of alumina clinker, pure beauty, such as reinforcing agent compositions by modified preparation. The cement has the effect of quick setting and hardening, and the cement paste added with proper amount of the product can rapidly condense and harden, have higher dry period and later strength, and can keep the other properties of cement.
Product performance:
- The recommend dosage is 3%~ 10%.
- This product is not toxic and low alkali.
- The strength of the concrete is high, comparing the sprayed concrete with normal concrete, 28 days strength is more than 90%, which is highly guaranteed the quality of the projects.
- The spraying materials have good adhesion, can spray 10-15 cm per time and can reach more than 20cm, rebound rate is around 20%, the working powder dust is low, and visibility is good.
- This product conforms to JC477-2005 Shotcrete liquid accelerator standers.
Instructions for utilisation:
Put the weighing bottle with the cover into the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 105-110. Take it out and put into desiccators, cooling 30min and weighing, repeat the above steps to constant (two times the difference is less than or equal to the weighing0.3mg), the weight m0. Take 10g + 0.2g as samples, put them into the dried weighing bottle and cover it and then weight it. Put the samples in the oven and make it at 105-110, constantly drying 2h, take out and cover again, put into dry container immediately, cooling for 30mins and weight, repeat those procedure as to get a stable figure. Put the cement paste samples on the setting time machine; make the needle contact with the cement paste samples. Immediately loose the fixed screw, put needle into cement paste, and observe the figures, test every 10s until the final setting.
Packaging and storage :
- This powder product is packed by plastic bag, 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag.
- Should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, damp.
- Product is valid for six months, use before testing if it expires.
