AUK-02 Liquid Accelerating Agent (No alkali)
AUK-02 liquid accelerating agent is a new generation of green environmental protection and high efficiency and multi function accelerating agent. We have overcome many disadvantages of traditional accelerating agent. Such as: poor adaptability, high alkali content, large strength loss, easy crystallization precipitation, etc. This product is suitable for all kinds of spraying concrete engineering such as railway, road, port, wharf, electric power, water power and cynicism project.
Product performance:
- The dosage is 3%~ 10% of the amount of cement.
- Alkali free: There is no risk of alkali aggregate reaction.
- Environmental protection, less corrosive to the human body and skin.
- Small rebound can reduce the concrete loss, save cost and reduce cost.
- Low dust of the working face.
- Low rebound rate: The rebound rate of concrete is greatly reduced, and the anti permeability is improved.
- This product conforms to JC477-2005 Shotcrete liquid accelerator standers.
Instructions for utilisation:
- The water cement ratio shall be strictly controlled in the construction, which is less than 0.5, otherwise, will affect the accelerating effect, can be matched with the water reducing agent which does not have the retarding action to control the water cement ratio.
- When the cement storage time is longer or the construction temperature is low, should be appropriate to increase the mixing amount to meet the needs of the construction.
- This product has a slight corrosion, should avoid contact with the skin, once splashed to the skin, please immediately rinse with plenty of water, if necessary, and please go to the hospital to check.
Packaging and storage:
- This product is a kind of liquid, packed in barrel; each barrel is 250kg or 1000kg.
- This product should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions and sealed storage above 0&C.
- Quality guarantee period of this product is six months and use before testing if it expires.
