AUK-G01 Concrete Steel Fibre

Mixed with short steel fiber disorderly distributed, concrete becomes a kind of new multiphase composite material. Steel fiber can prevent the extension of internal micro-crack and the formation of macro-crack of concrete effectively, and improve the tensile, anti-bending, anti-shock and anti-fatigue performance observably. Besides, it has good ductility. Fiber volume rate of common concrete is between 1% and 2%. Compared with common concrete, its tensile strength is enhanced by 40% to 80%, bending strength is increased by 60% to 120%, shear strength is boosted by 50% to 100% and compressive strength is improved by 0 to 25%, a slight improvement. However, its compressive tenacity is improved greatly.

Product performance:
  1. The mixing quantity of steel fire is: 30-80kg/m3 for road construction, and 50-100kg/m3 for bridge construction. Fiber concrete mixing technology: it shall be constructed normally without special adjustment.
  2. It has a rebound rate of 15%~10%, much lower than dry shotcrete.
  3. It will not produce rebound of steel fiber. When using 40mm steel fiber, it can control the rebound.
  4. Concrete quality is even and usually reaches the strength of 55MPA. In special operation, it can reach 100MPA.
  5. It has low water-cement ratio and low water permeability.
  6. This product conforms to JG/T 3064-1999, A.S.T.M A80-1990.
Instructions for utilisation:
  1. Increase the cementation length of fiber (namely increase length-diameter ratio)
  2. Improve the adhesive property of base toward steel fiber.
  3. Improve the shape of fiber, and increase the friction and bite force between fiber and base.
  4. The moisture on the surface of steel fiber concrete shall be no less than 7d. The longer it lasts, the better can be. It shall be cured with wet grass bag or curing materials covered on the surface. The curing of steel fiber transfer beam shall avoid contacting wind, sun, rainwater, etc. And construction beam shall be made sealing treatment such as keeping out of the wind or rainwater. For steel fiber beam, the form dismantling time shall be after the specified 28day concrete strength. If encountering winter construction, freeze-proofing measures shall be taken.
Packaging and storage :
  1. This product is packed by plastic bag, 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag.
  2. Should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, damp.
  3. Quality guarantee period of this product is six months, shall be reused after the test to be qualified if it expires.
