AUK-ZSJ02 Bearing Grouting Mortar（cast-in-place）

AUK-ZSJ02 bearing mortar is a kind of high performance self leveling and self compacting non shrinkage cement based composite grouting material, which is suitable for prefabricate simple supported box girder basin rubber bearing grouting. The product has the features of early strength, high strength, self leveling, self compacting and micro expansion, having overcome the defects of poor flatness, easy cracking and peeling off powder etc of ordinary bearing mortar, the construction is simple and grout ability is strong.

Product performance:

1. Material dosage: 2000-2200kg/cubic; water cement ratio: 0.11-0.16, it is recommended for 0.12.
2. Early strength and high strength, the compression of 3 days is higher than 40MPa, and the compression of 28 days is higher than 60MPa, the emphasis of later stage is on without reducing.
3. Self leveling, self compacting, without the action of external force can fill every corner, and with a high degree of flatness.
4. The micro expansion function and strong bonding strength.
5. Suitable for bearing grouting, equipment foundation grouting and other parts that need the grouting to be filled and repaired.
6. Checking and testing according to Ke zhiji 2005-101.

Instructions for utilisation:

1. Before the construction, clean up the surface with grouting, moisten and saturate with water and should not leave clear water.
2. Calculate the required grouting material and water consumption according to the construction speed and area, the mortar should be used up before the loss of liquidity of each mixing mortar.
3. A small amount of mortar can be stirred with an electric mixing gun, the mortar mixer or concrete mixer can be used when a dosage is larger. Before use the mixing equipments it is necessary to be moistened with water and cannot leave clear water.
4. Firstly, add the water into the agitation vat, start stirring and gradually add the pre-calculated grouting material, while stirring and add the material, after this continue to stir for 3-5 minutes until the slurry is smooth and static for about 1 minute to start pouring.
5. The pouring construction time should be controlled within 30 minutes to complete, the construction equipments should be washed with water immediately after the construction.

Packaging and storage:

1. Packed in plastic bag inside and braided bag outside, the net weight of each bag is 25kg or 50kg.
2. This product should be stored in the conditions of moisture proof, shading, drying and ventilation, the original packaging quality guarantee period under these conditions is half year.
