AUK-01 Liquid Accelerator (Low alkali)
The liquid accelerator is a new generation of high efficiency multifunctional accelerator of the scientific synthesis with inorganic salt and organic polymer materials. Suitable for injection concrete construction, underwater concrete and plugging and emergency rescue engineering, etc. Injection method has the advantages of making concrete mixing evenly, and water cement ratio can be accurately controlled, small concrete rebound, good uniformity of concrete and high strength.
Product performance:
- The dosage is 3%~ 10% of the amount of cement.
- The solid content of this product no less than 35%.
- Setting time is short, the initial setting time is less than 5 minutes, and the final setting time is less than 10 minutes.
- Good adhesion and thick of one time spraying layer.
- Low rebound and generally from 10% to 15%.
- Small dust of the working face.
- The strength is more than 90% without mixing within 28 days.
- This product conforms to JC477-2005 Shotcrete liquid accelerator standers.
Instructions for utilisation:
Firstly, stir 400g cement and calculated water addition (160ml water minus the amount of water in the accelerating agent) until it is smooth, and then according to the recommended mixing amount to add liquid accelerating agent, stirring rapidly for 25~30s, and install the round mould immediately, several artificial vibrations, pare off the residual cement and smooth the surface with a clean knife. The operation time should not exceed 50s counted from the time of adding liquid accelerating agent. Keep the test mode filled with cement paste under the cement standard consistency and the setting time measuring instrument, so that the pointer tip contacts the cement paste surface. Quickly relax the fixed screw on the rob of the measuring instrument, the needle freely inserts into the cement paste, observing the needle reading, measuring every other 10s until the final setting.
Packaging and storage:
- This product is a kind of liquid, packed in barrel; each barrel is 250kg or 1,000kg.
- This product should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions and sealed storage above 0&C.
- Quality guarantee period of this product is six months and shall be reused after the test to be qualified if the time-out period expires.
- There is slight corrosion and pay attention to the use protective measures.
