AUK-F01 Sulfate Resistance Water Reducing Agent
This product is a new developed concrete preservative strictly in accordance with the standards. Adding this product in the concrete can prevent corrosion of steel bar and can improve the ability of sulfate resistance of concrete from 2,500mg to 15,000mg, which can meet the requirements of advanced sulfate resistant cement, the rust prevention ability of chloride salts increased by 1.5 to 3 times. Using this product in sulphate-resistant cement can significantly reduce costs.
Product performance:
- The recommend dosage is 1.0% ~3.0%, and water reducing rate is≥25%.
- Appearance: Grey powder non-toxic and non olfactory and PH value is neutral. There is a good adaptation with other admixtures in concrete.
- Not by merely adding the water reducing agent or mineral admixtures in the ordinary Portland cement to improve the compactness of concrete, but by reducing the sulfate ion concentration invaded in concrete and refining the aperture of pores to inhibit the speed of calcium hydroxide precipitating from the cement paste. Achieve the delay of the generation of gypsum and ettringite crystal, and play the role of inhibiting the expansion destruction, and then slow down the rate of concrete sulfate erosion, the product can effectively prevent the expansion destruction of ettringite crystallization, expansion destruction of gypsum crystallization, magnesium salts crystallization corrosion, and thaumasite crystallization corrosion, so as to improve the durability of concrete structure.
- This product conforms to A.S.T.M C494-81, GB 8076-2008, JC/T1011-2006.
Instructions for utilisation:
This product can be widely used in coal measure strata, sulphide ore strata, gypsum strata, silt carbon layer, saline soil area, salt lake, coastal salt pan, coastal harbor, seawater infiltration area containing sulfate and magnesium and reinforced concrete structure in other bad geological areas and marine water areas.
Packaging and storage:
- The liquid is packed in barrel or in bulk, and each barrel is 250kg or 1,000kg.
- Should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and preventing the frost in winter.
- Can be stored for 12 months under sealed conditions and use after testing if it expires.
