AUK-FS Polycarboxylic Acid Waterproofing Agent
AUK-FS polycarboxylic acid waterproofing agent is composed of inorganic and organic waterproofing agent, water reducing agent, plastic agent, which has many functions, such as high efficiency water reduction, early strength, enhancement, micro expansion compensation and shrinkage and so on. Mixing into concrete can improve the workability of concrete, reduce water consumption, reduce and cut off the pores in concrete, produce micro expansion, prevent concrete shrinkage and cracking, make concrete more compact, and achieve permanent impervious and waterproof effect. The product is suitable for all kinds of impervious structures, self waterproofing concrete and waterproof mortar. It can be widely used in civil engineering, road and bridge, water conservancy and hydropower, foundation treatment and other concrete projects.
Product performance:
- Water reduction: the water reduction rate within the range of dosage is 12% ~ 28%.
- Retarding: the initial and final setting time is generally extended by 2~8 hours, and can be adjusted according to the requirements of the customer.
- Anti permeability: after use this product, the impervious performance of concrete is greatly improved, and the anti permeability can reach more than P30.
- Early strength and enhancement: the 3 day compressive strength can be increased by more than 40%, and the compressive strength of the 28 days can be increased by more than 20%.
- This product conforms to GB/T 8075
Instructions
- Dosage: 1~6% of the amount of cementing material, and suitable dosage is selected according to the requirement of concrete waterproof.
- Usage: Mix with some water then add a proper amount of water to mix with concrete .
- Requirements of vibration compacting concrete, should be plastered before the final setting. Avoid surface cracks and pour water after final setting until 14 days, and the maintenance period should keep the surface moist, so as to avoid cracks caused by water.
- This product is weak alkaline water solution, nontoxic and non corrosive.
Packing, storage and transportation
- 1000KG plastic drum, 200KG iron/plastic drum.
- Should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and prevent frosts in winter.
- Under closed condition, it can be stored for 12 months, and if over date, it will be used after the test is qualified.
