AUK-SH Retarder
AUK-SH reatrder is additive which can prolong the setting time of concrete. It can be used for adjusting the setting time of fresh mixed concrete, and enables the concrete maintain its placstic property for a relatively lone time according to related reuquirements.
Product Performance
- Mixing amount of the product shall account for 0.1%~1.0% of the cement content.
- Chloridion is not the component of this product whose density is (20°C)1.05~1.20 g/ml.
- This product is not corrosive to reinforcement.
- Color of the product: light yellow or colorless liquid.
- The concrete mixed with this product is of good mixablity, and is free from segregation and weeping. The concrete mixed with this product also is uniform in color in apperance, and when it is used for production of high-grade concrete, the produced concrete is of good adhesiveness and mixablity.
- This product can slow down the heat generation rate, and prolong the setting time of concrete, as well as reduce slump loss, being in favor of mass concrete construction.
- This product is of low shrinkability, and can significantly lower the shrinkage of concrete. It, with better freezing-thawing resistance than the common concrete, can significantly improve the volume stability of concrete and durability.
- This product is of good stability, even if it is in long-term storage, it is still free from stratification and sedimentation, and no crystal separation is found even when it is under lower temperature.
- This product is environmental type, whose component materials are poisonless and harmless. In its production process, no industrial wastes are produced.
- This product is in compliance with A.S.T.M C494, GB8076-2008.
Instructions
- The amount of admixture should be tested before it is put into use so that an optimum amount of admixture can be achieved.
- When this product is mixed with other admixtures, the compatibility test must be made.
Packing, Storage and Transportation
- This liquid product shall be in barrels or in bulk, with 250KG per barrel or 1000KG per barrel.
- This product shall be in storage in the cool and dry environment, be avoided from direct sunlight and be prevented from frost in winter.
- Storage life of this product in sealed condition is 12 months.
