AUK-G02 Grouting material

Grouting material is based on high-strength materials as aggregate, cement as a binder, formulated by high fluidity, micro- expansion, anti-segregation and other substances. A certain amount of water is added to the construction site, and it can be used after mixing. Grouting material has good liquidity, fast hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage and micro expansion. It is harmless, anti-aging, no pollution to water and surrounding environment, and has good self tightness and rust resistance.

In the construction, it has the advantages of reliable quality, lower cost, shorter construction time and convenient use. Fundamentally change the force of the equipment base, so that it can evenly bear all the load of the equipment, so as to meet the installation requirements of all kinds of machinery and electrical equipment (heavy-duty equipment, high-precision grinder). It is ideal grouting material for the era of no pad installation. Instruction :

The first step: basic treatment. The foundation that should be rough, clean surface, can not have gravel, mud, dust, dirt and other debris release agent;

The second step: set up model. The template is set up according to the grouting construction drawing. The seams between the template and the base, the mold plate and the template are sewed with cement paste, tape and so on. The horizontal distance of the template and the base of the equipment should be controlled around 100mm. The top elevation of the template should be higher than the 50mm on the surface of the equipment base.

The third step: mix the grouting material. Generally, it is stirred according to the standard of 14-15%, and the type of peststone is stirred according to the standard of 9-10%. It is recommended to use mechanical agitation, and the mixing time is generally 1-2 minutes (strictly forbidden by hand drill). When artificial mixing is used, the water consumption of 2/3 should be added first for 2 minutes, and then the remaining amount of water is added to be stirred evenly. Ensure that the material will be used up within 40 minutes. It is forbidden to add any admixture and external admixture in the G02 grouting material when used in the field.

The fourth step: the construction method of the grouting material. Subsection construction should be adopted for long equipment or light rail basis. When grouting is done for two times, grouting should be carried out from one side or on the other side for many times until the other side spills, so as to facilitate exhaust during grouting and not to pour from four sides simultaneously. When the thickness of the grouting is more than 150mm, the high strength non shrinkage grouting material of the bean stone reinforcement should be adopted.

The fifth step: maintenance. After 30 minutes of filling, wet grass cover or rock wool should be covered and kept moist. AUK-G01 Concrete Steel Fibre

Mixed with short steel fiber disorderly distributed, concrete becomes a kind of new multiphase composite material. Steel fiber can prevent the extension of internal micro-crack and the formation of macro-crack of concrete effectively, and improve the tensile, anti-bending, anti-shock and anti-fatigue performance observably. Besides, it has good ductility. Fiber volume rate of common concrete is between 1% and 2%. Compared with common concrete, its tensile strength is enhanced by 40% to 80%, bending strength is increased by 60% to 120%, shear strength is boosted by 50% to 100% and compressive strength is improved by 0 to 25%, a slight improvement. However, its compressive tenacity is improved greatly.

Product performance:
  1. The mixing quantity of steel fire is: 30-80kg/m3 for road construction, and 50-100kg/m3 for bridge construction. Fiber concrete mixing technology: it shall be constructed normally without special adjustment.
  2. It has a rebound rate of 15%~10%, much lower than dry shotcrete.

  1. Increase the cementation length of fiber (namely increase length-diameter ratio)
  2. Improve the adhesive property of base toward steel fiber.
  3. Improve the shape of fiber, and increase the friction and bite force between fiber and base.
  4. The moisture on the surface of steel fiber concrete shall be no less than 7d. The longer it lasts, the better can be. It shall be cured with wet grass bag or curing materials covered on the surface. The curing of steel fiber transfer beam shall avoid contacting wind, sun, rainwater, etc. And construction beam shall be made sealing treatment such as keeping out of the wind or rainwater. For steel fiber beam, the form dismantling time shall be after the specified 28day concrete strength. If encountering winter construction, freeze-proofing measures shall be taken.

  1. This product is packed by plastic bag, 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag.
  2. Should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, damp.

AUK-B Sodium Silicate

Sodium silicate is always used in the building construction with concrete. Mixing cement, sands and stones with sodium silicate in concrete will play several important roles in it.

  1. The concentration of sodium silicate shall not be too high, 39-40Be will be totally fine. Here is reason that high concentration sodium silicate will be over-thick, then mixing with cement, sands and stones will be a difficult problem. Finally the concrete will dry very fast which is not good for next construction.
  2. We can call it high modulus sodium silicate as the modulus staying in 3.1-3.4. In the same concentration, the higher modulus it has, the better function of binding would be. And then the result will be more excellent in this usage way.
Packaging and storage:
  1. The liquid is packed in barrel or in bulk, 250KG/barrel or 1000KG/barrel.
  2. The product should be stored in a place more than 0&Ç, preventing the infiltration of other admixtures, rainwater etc pollutants when stored, and avoiding violent sun.

AUK-UF Prestress Pipeline Grouting Agent

This product is compounded from expansion component, high performance water reducing agent, reducing component and various auxiliary components, has the functions of water reducing, plasticization, expansion and self compacting. The fluidity of cement paste mixed with the product is good and has the effects of high water reducing, enhancement, plasticity retention and no bleeding. The fluidity and filling properties of grouting material are greatly improved under the low water-binder ratio. Suitable for the grouting of railway, bridge, nuclear power plant and other various prestress pipelines of prestress reinforced concrete of large engineering, the product quality in line with JTG/TF50-2011.

Product performance:
  1. The recommend dosage is 8%-20%, Water reducing rate: 15%－25%.
  2. Appearance: Reddish or white powdery object.

    2). Before grouting please clean the pores and check whether the grouting hole and vent holes are smooth.
  3. Cannot be dissolved into liquid for using.

AUK-03 Powder Accelerating Agent

Put the weighing bottle with the cover into the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 105-110. Take it out and put into desiccators, cooling 30min and weighing, repeat the above steps to constant (two times the difference is less than or equal to the weighing0.3mg), the weight m0. Take 10g + 0.2g as samples, put them into the dried weighing bottle and cover it and then weight it. Put the samples in the oven and make it at 105-110, constantly drying 2h, take out and cover again, put into dry container immediately, cooling for 30mins and weight, repeat those procedure as to get a stable figure. Put the cement paste samples on the setting time machine; make the needle contact with the cement paste samples. Immediately loose the fixed screw, put needle into cement paste, and observe the figures, test every 10s until the final setting.
